Use of Service

ApnaBot provides WhatsApp automation tools. You are responsible for lawful usage, including obtaining consent for messages and complying with WhatsApp and TRAI regulations.

Accounts & Access

You must provide accurate information. You’re responsible for safeguarding API keys and dashboard access.

Fees & Billing

Plans are billed monthly in INR. Government taxes extra. Upgrades/downgrades apply from the next billing cycle unless agreed otherwise.

Acceptable Use

• No spam, illegal content, or abusive messaging.
• No sending of financial/health data without consent and safeguards.
• We may suspend service for violations.

Intellectual Property

All site content and software are owned by ApnaBot. You retain ownership of your data.

Disclaimers & Liability

Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.

Termination

You can cancel anytime by writing to hello@apnabot.in. We may terminate for breach or misuse.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Venue: Thane, Maharashtra.
